Understand the real problem
Before a single component is selected, we go deep on the problem — who faces it, how badly, what exists today and why it falls short. We don't build until the problem is worth solving.

Architect the solution
System architecture, component selection, firmware design, and cloud topology. Every decision is made with production in mind — not just what works in a lab, but what holds up in the field at scale.

Phase 03 · Prototype
Build fast. Break early.
Working prototypes on real hardware — not emulators, not simulations. We build in stages so every critical system is validated independently before the next layer is added. SafeRide ran 6 complete stages before field testing.

Real world. Not ideal conditions.
We test in the environment the product will actually live in. SafeRide was validated in a moving vehicle in Delhi — every critical function verified under real operating conditions, not controlled lab scenarios.
